Ballarat area:
Chauffeur-driven experience. 3 hours. Up to 100kms. Select from our recommended destinations and/or add your own ideas and preferences.
$110pp based on 4 guests
$440 total can be split between a maximum of 4 passengers.
Ballarat to Pyrenees region:
Chauffeur-driven experiences. 4 hours. Up to 220kms.

These tours run Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Note trading days/hours for each destination below.
To fit with trading hours of most food destinations, cellar doors, distilleries and galleries, first departures are at 11:00am and final departures at midday.

Magnolias Wine Bar & Cafe (Beaufort)
- allow 40mins each way between Ballarat and Beaufort.
Black Cat Truffles - just 20 minutes drive from the Ballarat CBD. Allow 90 mins for lunch.
Captains Creek Organic Wines (allow 30 minutes each way). Take your time to enjoy great food and wine. Fantastic range of regional products for sale. Open weekends only.
Michael Unwin Wines - open daily. Just 15 minutes from Ballarat. Tastings + cheese/fruit platters available.
Eastern Peake Wines - (allow 30 minutes each way). See website for wine tasting information. Fantastic regional produce boards available. Open Tuesday to Saturday.
Wayward Winery (allow 30 minutes each way). Tastings and/or lunch available. Open Friday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm.
All artwork is ethically sourced and created by Australian Aboriginal artists. Located just 15 minutes from the Ballarat CBD. Stunning paintings, weavings, homewares, gifts, souvenirs and more. Open Saturday 10-4. Sunday by appointment only.
Lambley Gardens and Nursery - extraordinary world renowned gardens and rare plant nursery at Ascot near Ballarat.
Buninyong - 11kms south of Ballarat. Book ahead for brunch/lunch or dinner at The Shared Table - fresh, seasonal, featuring regional producers. Open Thursday to Sunday.
Mount Buninyong Winery open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm. Specialising in wood-fired pizzas featuring local and fresh ingredients. Allow 25 minutes driving time from Ballarat.

Highly recommended! Consider including Magnolias as a lunch or afternoon tea option in your tailored Pyrenees tour.
Mrs Baker’s Still House - Glenpatrick valley . A female lead micro-distillery making award winning gins, liqueurs & whisky.
60 minutes from Ballarat.
Mountainside Wines - Warrak/Mt Cole. Technically in the Grampians, but just a stone throw away from the Pyrenees.
Open Friday to Monday 11-5.
(Just over an hour from Ballarat. Note - approx 30 minutes from Mrs Bakers Still House).
Vegemite Museum - Beaufort. Everyone knows the iconic product, Vegemite, but not its inventor, Cyril Callister. We pass through Beaufort on our way to Mrs Baker’s Still House or Mountainside Wines.
Open Wednesday to Saturday.

Beaufort Lake - we have a preferred “secret” location for a lakeside picnic or glass of wine perhaps? We can set up a table for you with crockery, silverware, tableware and glasses if required. Can also order a picnic (or BYO).
Bigibila Wines - Moonambel - produces a range of red wines including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. 100% of the grapes are grown at their Moonambel vineyard and processed onsite. Bigibila also boasts stunning views from the outdoor tables. We can thoroughly recommend their grazing board, and if you need olive oil…get it from here.

75 minutes from Ballarat.
Dalwhinnie - Moonambel has been growing grapes for 50 years. A premium producer of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. Best to make time to enjoy tastings, a cheese platter and an incredible view!

80 minutes from Ballarat.
Sally’s Paddock - Moonambel. The Robb family have transformed their passion for quality reds, into a place where they can be enjoyed by others.
The Cellar Door offers tastings, platters, local produce, coffee and cake in a friendly unique setting. Take a seat outdoors to take in the Pyrenees regional landscape.

Two Vintage Ducks-Grape Farm Winery - Moonambel. Vintage wares, hand-made goods, cellar door, excellent grazing board, coffee, Devonshire tea and more! Only open one weekend per month. See details on their facebook page.
80 minutes from Ballarat.
Forest Gate Estate Winery - Avoca. Chris offers a really personalised tasting session - with very comfy indoor and alfresco spaces overlooking the vineyard and neighboring forest. Here you will enjoy elegant and complex red wines, while learning more about the winemaker’s focus on sustainable practices and adopting traditional methods.

Mount Avoca Wines produces pure, clean organic wines grown, made and bottled on the estate. Audited and certified organic in both the vineyard and winery. The sandstone cellar door overlooks the vines and Pyrenees ranges, and there are tables under the shade of gum trees to enjoy wine or a pre-ordered platter or hamper.

We have intentionally left out all the “extras” from these tours, leaving a more affordable and flexible option for you instead.
You are booking a Chauffeur-driven totally tailored experience, infused with a sense of fun and complete professionalism.
You (up to 4 passengers) will travel in comfort and style in a 1974 Silver Shadow Rolls Royce.
You will have chilled silver water bottles for the duration of this tour (no plastic!).
(Of course we are more than happy to book tables for you, arrange gourmet picnics and more - if you choose to).

We can arrange a gourmet picnic from either Woodside Food Co. or Kitteltys (not just cakes!) or Daylesford Gourmet. Minimum 48 hours in advance required for picnics.
We can easily pack a picnic rug, picnic table, fold up chairs, crockery, cutlery and the eskie for you!
